Welcome to the Risk Management & Controlling (RMC) department at Lloyds Bank GmbH. The team is at the forefront of identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to ensure the bank's resilience and success. Your tasks:
- Create and maintain internal solutions for initial and ongoing credit assessments of corporate customers and lending products
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure outputs meet regulatory requirements and business needs
- Develop robust, automated solutions to minimize data inconsistencies and enhance risk analysis
- Assist in creating scoring frameworks, RWA calculation methodologies, and capital allocation tools
- Produce reporting dashboards for stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making
- Adapt solutions to accommodate changes in internal or regulatory requirements
- Prepare accurate and insightful testing and data validation reports for internal and regulatory purposes.
- Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and reflects the latest changes in solutions
Your knowledge/experience
- Educated to degree level in a relevant subject (econometrics, engineering, quantitative finance, data analytics, or similar
- Several years of experience, preferably in the financial sector
- Proficiency in VBA, SQL, Python, or similar
- Basic knowledge of financial concepts
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI) is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication skills in English; Dutch or German is a plus
