Your tasks:
Build and Manage Test Automation and Non-Functional Testing Hub
- Establish and deliver AI-powered test automation services, including functional regression, sanity tests, in-sprint automation, and NFT automation
- Develop and provide Performance Testing, Monitoring, and IT Security Testing services
Support Change Teams with Test Automation and NFT
- Assist in setting up high-quality software solutions
- Support the definition and analysis of requirements and acceptance criteria, and estimate efforts for test automation and NFT approaches
- Oversee the Test Development Process, ensuring tests meet high standards and expected business outcomes
- Ensure requirements traceability, report progress against plans, defect status, and assess product quality
- Identify prerequisites, automate test cases, prepare test data, and create plans and estimates
- Deliver high-quality test artifacts within agreed timelines.
- Manage the automated Test Execution Process, including Defect Management
- Lead, guide, and provide training and feedback to the assigned Test Team
Further Develop Test Automation and NFT Discipline
- Develop, introduce, and maintain the overall test automation framework
- Investigate, evaluate, and implement tools and methods to enhance the test automation process
Your knowledge/experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in IT or the financial sector
- Extensive experience in Java, Python, JavaScript, Shell, or PowerShell
- Hands-on experience with Selenium, PlayWright, Applitools, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, and Cucumber
- Proven experience with Azure, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor testers, manage projects, and ensure timely delivery
- Experience with JMeter is advantageous
- Proficiency in MS Office, Confluence, Jira, and relevant plug-ins like Xray
- Fluency in English; proficiency in German is highly desirable
